Not having the client’s around to answer questions and go through the design as a job progresses can be a real issue at times but this wasn’t a real problem on this job as the main contractor had took a real grasp of the job and was happy to make any decisions on behalf of the client.
The exterior of this building is stunning with the combination of treated larch cladding and beautiful stonework it really fits into the surrounding area.
The exterior lighting of the property is a beautiful feature with up lighters washing light up the building to give it a lovely warm welcoming glow and bollards marking the path down to the house its simple but effective!
The interior lighting in the property has a few nice features throughout with a ceiling wash in the main living area filling the room with a warm glow, stair tred lights lighting the beautiful oak stair case and bathroom recess lights in the master en-suite giving a subtle set back light to create mood lighting when relaxing in the bath.
